To meet the propulsion inudstrys growing need for storable, low toxicity oxidizers, FMC has recently installed a new production unit at its Bayport, TX facility that is capable of producing high-strength (70% to 98% assay) hydrogen peroxide. This high-test ("HTP") hydrogen peroxide is the highest purity product available in todays market, meeting the most stringent specifications for monopropellant, bipropellant, and hybrid propulsion applications. FMC "HTP" hydrogen peroxide is available in specially designed, DOT-approved, 30 gallon, high-purity aluminum drums and 4,000-gallon high-purity aluminum tank trucks.
